Why we’re making it free

Statement review is routine work. Access to it shouldn’t be expensive.

Most bank statement tools are priced for large institutions. Independent DSAs, accountants, bankers, and growing businesses often end up checking statements manually.

We believe the essential analysis should be available without a subscription or per-statement fee. The beta will also help us learn which Indian bank formats and reports people actually need.

Free means free.No payment details and no DSACRM subscription will be required during the public beta.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about the beta.

Here’s what is decided today. We’ll keep this page updated as access opens and bank coverage expands.

Why is DSACRM making the Bank Statement Analyser free?

Useful bank statement analysis is still priced beyond many independent DSAs, accountants and small lending teams. We want to make the essential analysis accessible without a subscription or per-statement fee.

Why did you build it?

We saw professionals spending too much time manually checking transactions, balances, obligations and bounces. The analyser is being built to reduce that groundwork and make financial review easier to understand.

Will it really be free?

Yes. The public beta is planned as a free tool with fair-use limits so that it stays available to genuine users. There will be no payment or DSACRM subscription required to use the beta.

Who will be able to use it?

The beta is being designed for DSAs, bankers, accountants, lending teams, business owners and anyone who needs a clearer view of bank statement activity.

When will statement uploads open?

Uploads will open in stages during the beta. Join the early-access list and we will notify you when your access is ready.

Which banks and file types will be supported?

The first public version will focus on Indian bank statement PDFs. Bank compatibility will expand throughout the beta as formats are tested and improved.

Will password-protected PDFs work?

Yes. The planned beta flow supports password-protected PDF statements. The password is used only during processing and is not stored with the analysis request.

What happens to an uploaded statement?

When uploads open, the PDF will be deleted immediately after processing completes or fails. Analysis results and related metadata will be automatically purged within 15 days.

Will DSACRM sell or reuse statement data?

No. Statement data will not be sold, resold, used for advertising or used for unrelated business purposes. Required processing services may handle it only to produce the requested analysis.

How accurate will the beta be?

Beta results may contain extraction or categorization errors and should be reviewed before making a lending or financial decision. Feedback will help improve coverage and accuracy.

How can I contribute?

Join the beta as a tester, tell us which banks and workflows matter to you, or report an issue after access opens. Please do not send bank statements through the waitlist form.
